John Deere 325 & 328 Skid Steer Repair Manual (P/N TM2192)

This 311-page PDF is John Deere Technical Manual TM2192, dated November 12, 2010, for 325 and 328 skid steer repair. John Deere states that the manual is written for an experienced technician; its use of presses, lifting fixtures, hydraulic gauges, refrigerant equipment, and other specified tools makes that the appropriate skill and shop-equipment level.

Named equipment includes the JT07042 charge-pressure gauge, JT02167A refrigerant identification instrument, JT02075 flusher, JDG1929 threaded driver, and the DFT1101 and DFT1245 dealer-fabricated lifting brackets.

The later control-valve chapter identifies port-lock and spool-lock solenoids, the auxiliary-neutral switch, lift checks, system and circuit-relief valves, anticavitation valves, and pressure-release components. The earlier valve receives its own serial-specific teardown, helping distinguish the correct parts and assembly information before repair begins.

The hydrostatic motor’s disk-valve retainer must face the specified direction; reversing it can let the driver slip and alter valve timing. After hydraulic-cylinder repair, trapped air can ignite assembly oil and damage cap seals and rings if the factory bleed procedure is not followed.

Repair-Volume Scope

This is the repair half of the service information, not the separate Operation and Test volume. Deere lists TM2191 for 325/328 operational testing and fault diagnosis. Tracking and steering adjustments, hydraulic-control adjustments, and remote-start-box setup are among the Section 90 procedures not contained in this PDF. It also has no dedicated electrical or wiring-diagram section.
