This Yamaha Rhino 450 (YXR45F) service manual set combines the ten-chapter YXR45FAV base manual, first edition August 2005, with the YXR45FW, YXR45FX and YXR45FY supplements. The collection cover carries LIT-11616-RH-47.

The supplements update the base manual rather than replace it. The YXR45FY foreword specifically requires all three earlier publications for complete service information.

The base manual specifies cold valve clearances of 0.06–0.10 mm at the intake and 0.16–0.20 mm at the exhaust. Its engine torque table lists 10 Nm for the drive belt cover bolts.

The coolant-change section gives a nominal radiator capacity, including all routes, of 2.7 L and a separate coolant-reservoir capacity of 0.35 L. These are distinct capacities within the cooling-system instructions.
