Carburetor Tables and LP-Gas Repair

The gasoline-carburetor section lists applications, service parts, and float settings for Carter, Zenith, and Marvel-Schebler units, including the Carter UT2222S used on gasoline Series 100 tractors.

Power-steering coverage includes pressure-test connections, the 240 flow-control schematic, and rotary-valve service using the IHC FES-64-5 check-valve-seat installation tool.

Tractor splitting and hydraulic work require properly rated supports and pressure relief before line removal.

Distributor Data and Wiring Diagrams

The manual separates International Harvester battery-ignition distributor data from Delco-Remy charging and starting specifications. Series 140 ignition data distinguish engines before serial number 73050 from those at 73050 and above.
