Configuration-Specific Coverage

The 555C uses a 256 cu. in. four-cylinder engine in naturally aspirated or turbocharged form. The engine instructions warn that crankshaft service with the cylinder head installed requires the timing marks to be correctly re-indexed before assembly, or valve-to-piston interference may result. The hydraulic test section also warns that using a circuit relief valve with a higher setting than specified can cause structural damage to the machine.
