CLP-300 imaging path and controller logic

The EDC section documents individual actuator, sensor, LSU/fuser, and HVPS tests as well as service-life initialization. Factory-set assemblies and handling limits
The LSU is not intended for component-level repair: opening it admits dust to the mirror chamber and can seriously degrade print quality, while operation with the cover removed creates a laser-exposure hazard. Samsung also warns against dismantling the ITB or disturbing the internally aligned drive mechanism; the ITB home sensor and gear train are factory-set with jigs, and incorrect handling can cause belt damage, toner leakage, noise, registration faults, or uneven toner distribution.
The OPC surface must be protected from light, scratches, and skin contact during service. These limits matter when deciding whether a repair calls for board or assembly replacement rather than internal rebuilding.
