Engine and Transmission Scope

4WD Setup, Axles, and Brake Service
The 4WD suspension material places ride-height measurement and torsion-bar adjustment ahead of wheel alignment, followed by caster, camber, and toe procedures. Axle repair goes beyond seal replacement: pinion-depth measurement, bearing preload, backlash, gear-contact evaluation, and Trac-Lok inspection are documented for the applicable units. Brake coverage includes base-brake diagnosis, rear-wheel and all-wheel ABS, HCU service, and the required conventional-plus-scan-tool bleeding process.
