Fuel is metered by three Mikuni BN 44 carburetors per engine, so this is not a fuel-injection manual.

The 2000 manual identifies the XRT1200Y, hull code F0C, with starting primary ID F0C-000101 and starting engine serial 68Y-000101. The 2001 supplement identifies the XRT1200Z beginning with primary ID F0C-700101. It documents changed data and procedures only; all unchanged 2001 service work refers back to the included 2000 base manual.
