2005 Takeuchi TL140 Crawler Loader Factory Shop Manual (P/N CT9E001)

This factory workshop manual (Publication No. CT9E001, Revision 1) covers the 2005 Takeuchi TL140 crawler loader with the Isuzu AA-4JG1TPA diesel engine. Coverage includes canopy and cab configurations, serial numbers 21400011 and higher.

The pilot connection tables and corresponding Hydraulic Circuit Diagrams let technicians match hose routing to the machine's serial range. This matters when reconnecting the travel controls: the later connection table assigns several pilot lines to different pump ports.

HST, Valve and Cylinder Repair
