Model and Variant Identification
This PDF set is built around the BRP shop manual for the two-seat Maverick 1000R and X rs. The five codes identify trim and market versions, not different engines. Standard/X rs gauge, suspension, and wheel differences are separated where required, as are EC-only turn-signal, hazard-light, and horn circuits.

The 448-page shop manual is the repair core. The parts catalog adds exploded assemblies and OEM part listings; the regional Operator's Guides cover operation, safety, and owner maintenance. The accessory publications are product-reference material, not extra repair chapters.
Follow the manual's shutdown, tether-cord, vehicle-support, hot-coolant, fuel-pressure, and brake-fluid precautions. It specifically prohibits working beneath the vehicle while it is suspended from the cage by a hoist.
