Two workflow cautions matter in practice. Stitch Edit changes can be lost if Block Editing is performed afterward, so individual stitch work belongs at the end of the editing process. Stitches to Blocks reconstructs likely outlines rather than restoring the original digitizing exactly, and converted designs should be saved in FHE format to retain outline-editing capability.

For lockup, hoop, or embroidery-unit conditions, the guide directs the operator to switch power off before clearing the fault. Machine Live Update is the exception: the machine must remain powered and connected throughout the update.
