This 1975–1981 Ford 535 tractor loader parts catalog combines numbered exploded drawings with parts tables for gasoline and diesel equipment. Other Ford models appear in shared-component applications; those entries do not extend the catalog’s complete coverage to every tractor listed.

These selected parts groups are supplemented by listings for engine coolant heater kits and cab-mounted radio components.

Scope: This is a parts-identification reference. It does not provide step-by-step overhaul instructions, diagnostic test charts, tightening-torque tables, or wear-limit specifications. Exploded drawings identify component relationships rather than a complete assembly procedure.

Engine, Fuel and Cooling Components

Crankshaft and flywheel listings accompany valve gear, pistons, connecting rods, lubrication components, and engine gasket kits. Diesel overhaul kits are cataloged as replacement parts. Radiator and water-pump assemblies have their own illustrated entries.

Certain replacement-block applications carry a filter-port plugging note. Overlooking that detail during engine replacement can leave an oil passage open, risking lubrication loss and bearing damage.

Figure 09G01, Carburetor Assembly, Holley, separates the float, fuel inlet needle, jets, and associated service parts. Rotary injection pump illustrations identify head-and-rotor components, governor parts, and seals, with fuel injectors listed separately.

Transmission, PTO and Rear Axle Components

Figure 03D04 identifies the power-steering cylinder’s piston rod, valve, and sealing components. Pump sections distinguish engine-mounted piston pumps, gear pumps within the center housing, and the separate 535 gear-pump assembly in 10B02.

The 535 frame hydraulic listings associate different pressure tubes and seals with D1NN600B and D8NN600AA pumps. That distinction supports matching replacement plumbing to the installed assembly.

The 535 hydraulic frame table lists pressure-tube O-rings measuring 1.000" ID × .139" thick for D1NN600B pumps and 1.250" ID × .139" thick for D8NN600AA pumps.

The power-steering tube, reservoir, and cooler table lists O-ring 9617873 at .468" ID × .078" thick. These are component dimensions for parts identification, not wear limits or workshop adjustment specifications.
