The 3F volume covers cylinder-head and cylinder-block overhaul, timing gears and camshaft work, carburetor service, lubrication, cooling, ignition, starting, and charging. These engine references were originally issued for FJ62/FJ70/FJ73/FJ75 applications and FJ62 applications, respectively; both are referenced by the chassis manual. The supplement relies on the 3F volume for basic engine repair. Internal repair of the 1HZ and 1HD-T diesel engines is outside this bundle; the chassis manual refers to RM172E for that work.
