Specifications and Technical Highlights

The hard data is model-specific where it needs to be. Ignition timing is 1.8 mm B.T.D.C. on all three models, and piston-to-cylinder clearance is 0.040–0.045 mm. Autolube pump stroke is specified at 0.20–0.25 mm minimum and 1.85–2.05 mm maximum. Transmission oil capacity is 650 ± 50 cc for the DT100A and DT175A and 750 ± 50 cc for the DT125A. Front-fork oil quantity is 160 ± 4 cc for the DT100A and 130 ± 4 cc for the DT125A/DT175A. Crankshaft runout tolerance is 0.03 mm, with connecting-rod side clearance specified at 0.4–0.5 mm.
