The carburetor pilot-screw section warns that forcing a pilot screw against its seat will damage the seat. During valve-guide replacement, Honda specifically warns against torch-heating the cylinder head because it can cause warping.
Support the motorcycle securely before engine, wheel, fork, swingarm, or brake work; the manual also warns against opening the cooling system while hot and against allowing DOT 3 brake/clutch fluid to contact painted surfaces.
