Model Identification and T25 Differences

F25MH, F25EH, and F25ER have short- and long-shaft entries; F25TR and T25TR list long-shaft versions. The starting serial number is 1008911 for each listed configuration, with tiller-handle and remote-control models covered.

F25 and T25 use different gear reductions, 2.08:1 and 2.42:1 respectively, and different lower-unit service data. The T25 appendix adds its own camshaft/valve, gearcase, upper-case/oil-pan, steering-arm, and electrical sections.

Powerhead, Carburetor, and Cooling Repair
