Coverage Limits and Damage Risks
The set combines three document groups: workshop, wiring, and owner information. Workshop pages carry a 2012.25MY title but state a 2011.50 Ranger application and retain Ford diagnostic terminology plus IDS, WDS, and GSEVIN references from the shared platform.
Several procedures are expressly unavailable in this release. The 2.2L electronic engine-control system-operation page and the MT75 drain/fill page are marked unavailable. The MT82 group includes transmission removal/installation and synchronizer subassembly work, but its input/output-seal and complete transmission disassembly/assembly pages are also unavailable. MT75/MT82 transfer-case teardown is not supplied, while the 6R80 material covers fluid service, cooler work, removal, and installation rather than a complete internal overhaul. Rear differential coverage stops at carrier removal and installation rather than gearset rebuilding.
The 2.5L timing section warns that tool 303-465 is an alignment plate, not an engine-holding tool; using it to resist rotation can damage the engine. The A/C diagnostic section requires refrigerant identification before a manifold gauge set is connected because the wrong refrigerant can contaminate the service equipment. High-pressure diesel fuel, brake, SRS, refrigerant, and heavy-drivetrain work requires the specified isolation, recovery, lifting, and diagnostic equipment and should be performed or supervised by a qualified technician.
