Wheel-tread instructions distinguish Super M steel or pneumatic wheels from Super MV pneumatic equipment. The adjustable wide front axle and its short- and long-wheelbase arrangements apply to the Super M; Super MV rear-rim configurations have separate instructions.

The tire-pressure chart distinguishes operating and transport pressures. PTO dimensions also identify a compatibility limitation: the high-clearance Super MV uses a standard PTO shaft but does not fully conform to the A.S.A.E. arrangement described in the manual.

Lift-All and Remote-Control Equipment

Hydraulic coverage explains single-acting Lift-All cylinders and regular, delayed, and selective lift arrangements for cultivators and plows. Remote-control instructions cover the stop collar and break-away couplings.

The maintenance guidance warns that contaminated used engine oil can damage hydraulic hoses.

Sample Tune-Up and Lubrication Specifications

These examples are a small selection of the maintenance specifications in the manual.

For the covered tractors, spark plug gap is 0.023 inch, and valve clearance is 0.017 inch with the engine warm and the valves closed.

Transmission and differential capacity is 13 U.S. gallons with the tractor standing level. Each separate Super MV rear axle drive housing holds 3 U.S. quarts.
