Honda’s factory Service Manual (P/N 61SWA00), First Edition 10/2006, covers the 2007 North American CR-V for the USA and Canada: RE3 2WD and RE4 Real-Time 4WD, with the K24Z1 engine and MZJA or MZHA automatic transmission.

PDF Search, Navigation and Chapter Files

Search and diagram detail: Existing OCR text supports searching in most chapters, though recognition errors occur. HVAC and Restraints are only partly searchable; some Body Electrical and Audio diagram pages also lack searchable text. None of the files has embedded PDF bookmarks. Small labels in the sampled wiring diagrams are readable when enlarged.

HVAC file limitation: PDF p. 29 in ch_10 is blank within the blower-motor DTC troubleshooting procedure, leaving a gap between the surrounding diagnostic steps.

The ZIP contains 13 printable PDFs totaling 2,317 pages, including one introduction page, eight standalone SRS notice pages and 13 blank pages. Page counts for ch_1 through ch_13 are 86, 148, 30, 398, 502, 59, 78, 100, 206, 74, 308, 144 and 184, respectively. The first-edition imprint lists 2,320 pages for the original publication.

This download contains the Service Manual; separate Electrical Troubleshooting and Body Repair publications are not included. Honda assigns SRS service to authorized dealers and specifies dedicated precautions and test tools. Fuel-pressure, refrigerant, lifting and rotating-component work should follow the manual’s warnings and normal workshop safety practices.

Factory data includes component-specific torque specifications, approved fluids and capacities, pressure-test specifications, gear ratios, alignment settings, inspection and wear limits, clearances and electrical test values.

Valve-Clearance and Oil-Pressure Data Preview

Valve adjustment: For the K24Z1, the valve-clearance section specifies 0.21–0.25 mm intake and 0.28–0.32 mm exhaust, with cylinder-head temperature below 100°F (38°C).

Lubrication diagnosis: The engine oil-pressure test specifies minimum pressure of 70 kPa at idle and 300 kPa at 3,000 rpm, with engine-oil temperature at 176°F (80°C).
