On Variable Effort Steering, one reused steering-wheel position sensor type must be alignment-marked before removal; misalignment can require sensor replacement. During V5 A/C compressor clutch repair, incorrect use of the hub installer can wedge the key and break the clutch hub, while hammering on the hub can cause internal compressor damage.
