Always verify system pressure is relieved and support the machinery on rated split stands before tackling any major component removal.

Cab, Air Conditioning, and Heating

Operator-station work extends to ROLL-GARD removal, cab glazing, and console components. A/C procedures include compressor volumetric-efficiency and shaft-seal leakage tests, refrigerant recovery, evacuation, and charging. The Expansion Valve Bench Test drawing identifies the test fixture; heating coverage includes cable replacement and control-valve leak testing.
