Volume 1 covers maintenance and powertrain systems; Volume 2 continues with the vehicle’s running gear, body, climate control, and electrical equipment.

Coverage follows the European 2WD, manual-transmission configurations in this edition, including left- and right-hand-drive coach and van models. An automatic-transmission overhaul section is not included. Printed pages EM-88 and EM-141–142 are missing, interrupting GA16DE valve-clearance adjustment and LD20-II cylinder-block procedures.

PDF Search, Diagram Detail, and File Layout

Search and diagram limitations: Text search is unreliable across much of Volume 1 and parts of Volume 2 because of recognition errors. The heating/A/C file has no searchable text, and none of the files has embedded PDF bookmarks. Small wiring labels require zooming; some labels and lines in the separate wiring-diagram file remain faint or broken at higher magnification.

The ZIP contains 21 printable English PDFs totaling 1,254 pages. That total includes two cover/publication pages, four duplicate page scans, and a repeated A/C specification table.

Examples of Oil-Pressure and Compressor Inspection Data

For GA16DE oil-pressure diagnosis, the manual lists approximate discharge pressures of 49–186 kPa at idle and 343–441 kPa at 3,000 rpm. These figures apply at normal engine operating temperature, under no load, with the transmission in Neutral.

A/C inspection data specifies a clutch disc-to-pulley clearance of 0.3–0.6 mm for DCW-17 and DKS-16H compressors. Component tightening torques, fluid capacities, recommended lubricants, wear limits, clearances, and electrical test values accompany the relevant repair sections under Service Data and Specifications (S.D.S.).
