It also calls out early ROPS and window differences, lap-bar updates, welded-versus-bolt-on hood hinges, MP-1 and MP-2 quick-attach configurations, track-width options, and opposite heater-cable operation on MP-1 machines.

Two repair traps are especially useful when ordering parts or planning shop work. Early SEA bucket/tilt cylinders through serial 00144 cannot be mixed with the current design; conversion requires a matched pair. During lift-arm control-valve repair, the main spools and load-check spools must return to their original positions because the similar-looking pieces are not interchangeable and affect bucket-positioning function.
