The track-adjuster and hydraulic sections also identify high-pressure grease and fluid hazards that require controlled pressure release before service.

The maintenance guide is organized by system and service interval: greasing points, engine oil and filter, swing and travel reduction gear oil, hydraulic oil and filters, fuel system, air cleaner, cooling, batteries and fuses, air conditioner, bucket and track work, and bolt checks. Procedures cover fuel-system bleeding, fuel-tank sump draining, fuel-filter and feed-pump-strainer service, hydraulic oil changes, suction and pilot filter replacement, air removal after hydraulic service, track-sag adjustment for the covered crawler configurations, bucket-tooth and bucket replacement, and bucket-linkage shim adjustment.
