Engine and Power Train Repair Content

The recoil spring is treated as a several-ton stored-energy assembly, and the track-adjuster cylinder as a high-pressure system. Proper blocking, pressure relief, hoisting, and the specified compressor tooling are part of the documented shop requirements.

The early maintenance guide contains 44 numbered chart items; the later manual contains 39. Both organize work at 10, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1,000, and 2,000 service hours, plus a When Required section.
