This is a workshop-level repair reference rather than an operator guide. It is best suited to experienced technicians and rebuild shops with hydraulic test gauges, a multimeter, presses and pullers, safe lifting equipment, and established component-repair practices.
Serial-Specific Systems and Diagnostics
The serial breaks are functional, not just catalog details. Earlier machines use mechanical track actuation, while the later hydraulic circuit adds servo track controls; the electrical section marks the same breaks for sealed connectors. The ram chapter adds a second parts break for the revised wiper seal: JS110 from 697025, JS130 from 699060, and JS150LC from 701051. Those distinctions matter when selecting the correct schematic, connector detail, or seal arrangement.
Electrical diagnostic content maps model-selection inputs, throttle-motor relay control, proportional-solenoid current detection, tachometer input, fuel and temperature sensors, display drivers, buzzer logic, and service indicators.
