Serial Breaks That Matter for Parts Selection

The tables of contents assign individual parts forms by serial effectivity rather than treating every 2566 as the same build. In P/N 15267459, the front suspension, tractor air lines, and steering cylinder change at A41031. P/N 15267821 changes the axle forms at A4211053 and uses three cab forms across breaks at A4211041 and A4211133. In the later 2566B coverage, trailer chassis and rear-axle suspension change at A4731229, while engine mounting, air-cleaner piping, and electrical harness forms change at A4731260. Terex instructs users to quote the unit serial number on parts orders.

Most numbered forms pair an illustrated plate with a list showing the item reference, OEM part number, description, and required quantity. Scope Limits and Parts-Book Cautions

This set is an illustrated parts catalog, not a service or repair manual. It does not provide step-by-step removal, installation, overhaul, troubleshooting, pressure-testing, calibration, or adjustment procedures. Torque tables, fluid capacities, operating specifications, and electrical or hydraulic circuit schematics are also outside its scope.

The Cummins-powered books explicitly omit internal engine illustrations and engine part numbers; Terex directs users to a separate Cummins engine parts book. The KHD/Deutz books cover engine installation-related items such as mounting, air-cleaner, exhaust, fuel, and accelerator components, while their ordering page directs Deutz spare-parts orders to a separate process. Hydraulic-cylinder form 14-07-298 points to Service Bulletin B699 for assembly/disassembly and special-tool details; that repair information is not reproduced here.

The wheel and tire forms warn against intermixing rim-base components from different manufacturers, which can create an incompatible wheel assembly.
