It gives effective frame-number starts of JS1CF111100100001 for E-02 and E-19 GSX-R750, JS1CF211100100001 for the E-19 GSX-R750U2, JS1CF121300100001 for E-24, and JS1GR7KA 62100001 for E-03, E-28, and E-33. The information-label table also distinguishes GSX-R750 and GSX-R750UF applications.
Coverage changes with market equipment. The FI and electrical sections identify HO2-sensor procedures for E-02 and E-19, immobilizer coverage for E-02, E-19, and E-24, and evaporative-emission material for E-33. The final wiring section is divided into full diagrams for E-02/E-19/E-24 and E-03/E-28/E-33. The K7 designation appears on the separate parts-diagram PDF, not on a K7 workshop-manual supplement.
Factory Procedures and Diagnostic Depth
The engine chapter separates components that can be repaired with the engine still in the frame from work requiring engine removal. It then follows the major assemblies through teardown, inspection, measurement, service-limit evaluation, bearing selection, and reassembly. Valve work includes cold-clearance inspection, intake and exhaust shim-selection charts, the 21-size tappet shim set P/N 12800-05830, camshaft installation, valve-timing checks, and cam-chain tensioner service.
The fuel section explains the delivery layout with no external return hose, pressure and discharge tests, fuel-pump and mesh-filter service, throttle-body disassembly/reassembly, injector checks, fast-idle setting, and throttle synchronization. FI diagnosis adds the system wiring schematic, component-location views, SDS live and stored data, and circuit-specific tests for the engine sensors, ignition coils, primary and secondary injectors, STVA, EXCVA, PAIR valve, fuel-pump and cooling-fan relays, immobilizer, and HO2 system where fitted.
The special-tool index identifies the Suzuki SDS Set 09904-41010 with CD-ROM Ver.7 99565-01010-007, mode-selection switch 09930-82720, TPS test harness 09900-28630, and fuel-pressure adapter/hose tools 09940-40211 and 09940-40220. The separate 67-page parts-diagram file contains 66 numbered parts-illustration pages after its cover, spanning engine internals, fuel delivery, the rolling chassis and brakes, bodywork, instruments, and wiring harnesses.
Two manual-specific repair cautions are worth noting. The EXCVA pulley and cables must be handled in the specified adjustment position; forcing the pulley or adjusting the cables at the fully open or fully closed stop can damage the actuator's internal gearing. The rear shock absorber is identified as an unserviceable high-pressure nitrogen unit, so the manual limits normal repair to removal and replacement and separately covers pressure release before scrapping. Fuel-system and brake work also require the ventilation, ignition-control, fluid-handling, and leak-check precautions stated in the publication. This manual assumes prior motorcycle service knowledge and access to the specified tools; it is not written as a beginner's repair guide.
