A key chassis change is the front axle increase from 15 mm to 17 mm, accompanied by different bearings, spacers, axle nut, and speedometer gearbox. The appendix also distinguishes early and late spare-crankcase configurations and requires the matching crankshaft thrust-bearing selection. Mixing those parts without following the factory selection data can leave crankshaft thrust clearance incorrect and risk internal damage.
