This Husqvarna workshop manual, P/N 800092968, is the December 1999 publication for the 2000–2002 TE 410, TE 610 and TC 610, including USA variants. Engine reassembly and opening chassis pages are missing from this file; the affected coverage is explained below.

Engine Inspection and Reassembly Coverage

The teardown sections cover the water pump, cylinder head, valves, piston, clutch, oil pump and gearbox. The inspection material adds bore and stroke data, valve-timing specifications, valve-seat work, rocker-arm checks, cylinder/piston matching, and crankshaft and transmission wear limits.

Missing assembly pages: The engine reassembly section contains its divider and contents page, but its procedures are absent. PDF pages 184–185 jump directly from printed page H.2 to I.27, so this file does not provide a complete engine rebuild sequence.

The cylinder inspection notes specify replacement when bore wear exceeds the limits and explain why piston and cylinder size categories must match. The valve-removal instructions also warn that a misaligned spring compressor can bend a valve stem.

Carburetor Service and Cooling

Dell'Orto exploded views and fuel-circuit illustrations distinguish the TE 610 arrangement from the accelerator-pump systems used on the TE 410 and TC 610. Model-specific jetting tables help match the setting data to the installed carburetor; a separate TM 36 setting table is included for the TE 410.

Maintenance coverage includes oil-filter cleaning, oil reed-valve inspection and secondary-drive chain adjustment. The cooling material covers coolant replacement, radiator and hose checks, and a labeled circuit showing the pump and twin radiators.

Suspension, Steering and Brakes

The retained Marzocchi pages cover oil filling, seal replacement, damper disassembly and assembly, and damping adjustment. The opening chassis pages are missing, and the English fork instructions begin partway through the service material.

Sachs rear-shock coverage includes spring inspection, reservoir and diaphragm service, seal replacement, reassembly and damping adjustment, supported by an exploded view. Fork service cautions identify the risk of damaging seals at the stanchion edge during installation.

Steering adjustment, swingarm-linkage inspection and wheel-bearing replacement accompany the brake-disc and pad wear checks. Separate procedures address front and rear hydraulic brake bleeding.

Support the motorcycle securely for chassis work and follow the manual's precautions for the pressurized rear shock.

Electrical Fault Finding

The 12V electrical section locates the digital E.C.U., generator and TE voltage regulator. Separate standard TE, TC and TE Enduro-kit USA schematics help identify the appropriate lighting and ignition circuits before tracing a fault.

Troubleshooting charts connect starting problems, overheating, clutch complaints and suspension vibration with possible causes. The stator tests add connector illustrations and resistance checks to the wiring information.

A Preview of Engine Service Data

These valve, flywheel and cooling figures are a small selection of the specifications included in the manual.

For the covered engines, cold valve clearance is 0.10 mm at the intake and 0.15 mm at the exhaust. The torque table lists 85.32–95.13 Nm for the flywheel rotor retaining nut, under its general condition of solvent-cleaned threads.

The fluid-capacity chart specifies 1.0 liter for the cooling system.
