Tractor Coverage and Engine Service
The 33.xxx engine identifications are 33.380 DT for the 3615, 33.379 DT for the 3625, 33.378 DT for the 3635, and 33.377 DTA for the 3645. Engine coverage addresses removal and installation, tractor separation, and external equipment such as the radiator, cooling fan, air intake, starter, and alternator. Internal engine overhaul is not included in this PDF.

Transmission Configurations and PTO Repair
Configuration tables separate 8+8 and 12+12 Synchro Shuttle from 12+12 Power Shuttle. The 24+24 coverage includes Synchro Shuttle with either Synchro Splitter or Power Splitter, plus Power Shuttle with Synchro Splitter. Tractor specifications also include Power Hi-Lo travel-speed tables. Applicability tables show which service operations belong to each arrangement.
Clutch procedures extend to Teflon shaft seals, clutch-pack disassembly, and compressed-air function checks. The synchronizer replacement section distinguishes A and B assemblies whose internal parts are not interchangeable. Input-shaft removal warnings address puller contact that can damage the shaft.

The Circuit Diagram of Hydraulic Lifting Device accompanies descriptions of neutral, delivery, and discharge operation. A separate Hydraulic diagram 24+24 Syncro Powershuttle HI-LO traces the steering, PTO, and auxiliary-valve circuits. Reaction-spring and pushrod checks add detail beyond basic lift-lever adjustment.
Axle Builds, Steering, and Final Checks
The axle chapters identify CA149967 2RM/2WD and 20.16 4WD axles CA642064 and CA642094. The two 4WD builds have separate backlash and bearing-preload specifications. Repair procedures include double U-joint seals and bushings, toe-in and steering-stop adjustment, and testing after assembly.
The Bevel gear marking test shows how tooth-contact patterns relate to pinion and ring-gear setup. The pinion instructions also flag overtightening as a cause of damage to the collapsible spacer. Axle labor-time schedules are included and assume the axle is already off the tractor.
Electrical Diagrams and Connector Details
The MF3600 engine line and V2.0 Powershuttle harness are among the named electrical drawings. The latter identifies control-unit connections, forward/reverse pressure switches, solenoids, and the serial connector. Separate North American and rest-of-world platform layouts account for regional wiring differences; cab and air-conditioning wiring are covered as well.
Specifications and Reference Values
Reference sections distinguish engine power from estimated PTO output and provide fluid capacities, including cab/platform coolant differences.
