Whether you are handling scheduled maintenance or a complete engine repair, accurate model-specific data matters. This 467-page PDF is Suzuki's service manual for the DL650K4 ('04 model), publication number 99500-36130-03E. Suzuki states that the manual is written for people who already have the knowledge, skills, equipment, and special tools required to service its motorcycles. It is therefore suited to professional technicians and experienced DIY mechanics with workshop-level capability, not beginners learning motorcycle repair from scratch.

This is not a 2004-2009 manual. The publication covers the 2004 K4 build, including the DL650 and the EU-market DL650-UE. Its market coding identifies E-02 (UK), E-03 (USA except California), E-19 (EU), E-24 (Australia), E-28 (Canada), and E-33 (California).
