Engine Repair and Cooling

Tractor splitting and bevel pinion work require secure support of both tractor sections with wedge blocks and appropriate jack stands.

Hydraulic Testing, Draft Control, and Steering

The hydraulic chapters separate the right-hand dual pump, charging pump, and optional left-hand pump with its variable-volume flow divider. Flow-meter tests and pump performance specifications help distinguish inadequate pump output from internal leakage at the remote valves, PTO and power shift clutches, or differential lock.
