The model-specific breakdown matters. The 660 cc non-turbo and turbo engines receive separate specification tables, while the Jaguar Z1 uses its own 1100 cc engine, ACT drive, chassis-control diagnostics, and suspension procedure. The AC 120 has dedicated engine, carburetor, steering, chain-drive, brake, and rear-suspension coverage rather than being treated as a scaled-down 660.

Early-build and regular-build Jaguar Z1 gear cases use different ACT Drive fluid-capacity specifications. Some Bearcat Wide Track Turbo machines were built with an articulating skid frame, and the suspension chart directs that configuration to the matching component style and repair procedure. The PDF does not provide a VIN cutoff for either production difference.

Suspension work calls for Rear Suspension Spring Tool P/N 0144-311 and Floating Piston Installation/Location Tool Kit P/N 0644-402.

Model-Specific Repair Cautions

The Z1 notes flag the specified input-shaft washer stack during driven-pulley installation and warn that allowing the pulley to float on the output shaft can damage it. On 660 cc machines, tipping beyond the factory limit can move oil into the intake and upper engine; the manual provides a servicing precaution and recovery procedure before restart.
