1995–2004 Deutz-Fahr Agroplus 75, 85, 95 & 100 Tractor Workshop Manual (P/N 307.1063.3.6)

This workshop manual, publication 307.1063.3.6, provides technical data for the maintenance and repair of Deutz-Fahr Agroplus 75, 85, 95, and 100 tractors. It covers 2WD and 4WD configurations with platform, cab, or high-visibility cab options.

Engine Coverage and Transmission Repair

The tractors use BF4 M1012 E, BF4 M1012 EC, and BF6 M1012 E engines. Internal engine overhaul requires the separate engine workshop manual, order code 0297 7393, which is not included.

Transmission procedures cover the engine interface and clutch assembly, transmission housing, layshafts, synchronizers, and planetary reduction gears. Exploded component drawings, cutaway views, and troubleshooting charts support these procedures.

Separate shimming instructions apply to versions with and without Powershift; hydraulic circuit diagrams also distinguish Powershift installations with and without Powershuttle.

The Powershuttle section documents EPROM replacement and initialization for control unit 010.8967.4, followed by clutch-pedal calibration. Gearbox removal is documented with the cab or platform supported in place, using mobile track stands 5.9030.002.0 and a hoist.

The clutch service instructions warn that solvent cleaning destroys the release bearing's factory lubrication.

Drive Axles, PTO, and Brakes

Axle repair sections distinguish mechanical differential locks from the hydraulically operated ASM assemblies. They cover differential-lock clutches, bearing preload, bevel-gear adjustment, and front and rear final drives.

Rear PTO drawings separate two-speed and four-speed assemblies for the 75/85/95 and 100 models. Front PTO coverage adds clutch and brake pressure checks, inspection limits, and longitudinal and cross-sectional assembly views.

The Separate Brakes valve has hydraulic diagrams for both ON and OFF positions. Trailer braking coverage includes the ITALY safety-brake configuration, control-valve installation, operating checks, and fault diagnosis.

Electronic Lift Diagnostics and Hydraulic Service

The first electronic lift version and the later ELCII system have separate setup, alarm, and test information. ALL ROUND TESTER screens cover sensor inputs, solenoid outputs, wheel and radar parameters, and ASM steering calibration.

The alarm explanations distinguish wiring and sensor faults from control-unit failures, helping technicians narrow a lift fault before replacing an ECU. The electronic lift instructions also warn that applying power directly to its solenoid valves can cause irreparable damage.

Mechanical load-sensing lift coverage includes Valvematic operation, distributor inspection, leakage tests, and linkage adjustment. Front-lift diagrams show the pressure accumulator and antishock valve.

Auxiliary valve procedures cover pressure testing and double- to single-acting conversion, with kick-out valve documentation.

Steering procedures cover the Danfoss OSPC 80 OR control unit, cylinder inspection, pressure testing, bleeding, and distributor assembly.

Wiring, Cab Service, and Repair Specifications

Electrical wiring and functional diagrams include Electronic Lift System Wiring, Complete Central Wiring, and Wiring for Borletti Air Conditioning and Heating, with connector views and wire-color keys. Separate harness sheets distinguish four- and six-cylinder front wiring and normal versus shuttle rear wiring.

Cab service covers heating and ventilation as well as air-conditioning pressure checks and post-charge testing. Reference tables list tightening torques for major assemblies, fluid capacities, wear limits, clutch clearances, hydraulic pressures, spring specifications, and electrical test values.
