- Buell Fork: Upper triple clamp cap nut (1) tightens to 28–32 ft–lbs (38–43 Nm) after seating.
- Buell Engine: Cylinder head screws (1) tighten in sequence to final stage of 85°–95° additional turn.
- Buell Brake: Caliper mounting screws (6) apply LOCTITE 272 and tighten to 18–22 ft–lbs (24–30 Nm).
- Buell Ignition: Spark plug HD No. 10R12A (6) gap is 0.035 in. (0.9 mm) and tightens to 11–18 ft–lbs (14.9–24.4 Nm).
