Technical Data and Specifications
The manual lists intake valve clearances of 0.15–0.24 mm and exhaust clearances of 0.17–0.22 mm. Cooling system capacity is 2.5 liters. Engine oil capacity is 3.7 liters when completely dry, 3.0 liters with the oil filter removed and 2.7 liters without removing the filter.
DFI specifications include a main throttle sensor output range of 0.66–4.62 V DC from idle throttle opening to full throttle opening, and fuel pressure of 304 kPa (44 psi) with the pump running. Tightening specifications include 108 N·m for the rear axle nut and 27 N·m for the brake disc mounting bolts.
