Repair Notes That Matter
Pulling a damaged ultra high-tension member without monitoring the surrounding structure can transfer distortion into adjacent panels; the manual treats that as a specific frame-machine risk. Rough cutting can also damage hidden pipes, hoses, or wiring on the reverse side of a panel.
A BSM module, bracket, or rear-bumper replacement is not finished with physical installation alone. Skipping the radar test can shift the radar emission angle and prevent correct detection of an approaching vehicle.
