If you are thinking to follow the trustworthy owner's manual or any shop manuals written in a professional language, what really happens is you end it up becoming frustrated. Here is the easy guideline stated only for your concern.
Wear defensive goggles when documenting metals, dealing with a grinder, or accomplishing other work.
When working with any toxic or combustible materials, ensure that the place where you are working is all around
While removing the battery, disengage the negative link first and afterward the positive link. While reconnecting the battery, interface the positive link first and afterward the negative link.
Never use a circlip for the second time. When joining another circlip, take care not to extend the end hole bigger than needed to slip the circlip over the pole. After you add a new circlip, make sure that it is perfectly and safely fitted.
Use a force wrench to fix latches.
After assembling the parts, make sure that they are tight enough and ready for operating.
Maintenance and tune-up procedures
Engine oil filter
Keep the motor upward and uncover the motor. Remove the dipstick, clean it, and reinstall it. Now check the oil level. It should be between the full level mark (hole) and low-level mark (hole). We recommend using the 4 stroke motor oil.
Idle speed should be 600-700 r/ min. you must warm up the engine before you check the idle speed.
Low-pressure fuel filter
Check it every day before using and if you see the red float existing upward, remove the filler cap to drain out the excess water. Inspect between every 3months and replace it if you find any damage.
Check the PCV valve regularly
Inspect the water pump case every 12 months and replace if needed
Replace the bonding wires if you find any rust or oxidization there
Inspect the battery in between every 3 months. Connect the positive terminal first. Use a hydrometer to measure the battery
