Workshop Procedures and Diagnostic Depth

The engine repair sections run from removal and post-installation alignment through intake, exhaust, PTO/magneto, oil-pressure, cooling-system, cylinder-head, camshaft-timing, valve, piston, ring, crankshaft, connecting-rod, timing-chain, and balancer-shaft work. Manual-specific repair cautions are built into the procedures. The supercharger section flags both ball bearings for replacement after shaft removal and warns that incorrect cage orientation or unsupported pressing loads can shorten bearing life.
