The GS250FWS section services a front disc and rear drum, while the GSX250F material covers hydraulic front and rear calipers, master cylinders, pad replacement, and air bleeding. Excess crankcase sealant can obstruct a bearing or oil passage, and incorrect valve-guide installation can damage the guide or cylinder head. Fuel-system work, hot cooling-system components, and hydraulic brakes require suitable protective equipment, ventilation, fire-safe handling, and the prescribed final checks.
