Valve-clearance inspection and cooling-system pressure testing appear as scheduled tasks, without detailed procedures. Internal engine and transmission repair requires the separate Polaris Service Manual.

Oil Service, Cooling, and Carburetor References

Specifications identify the 510cc ES51KLE engine and five-speed manual transmission. The oil-service section distinguishes the two filters and two screens, with a section view showing long-screen installation.

It warns that incorrect screen placement causes poor function and increased engine wear, and that leaving the system drained too long can let the oil pump lose its prime and damage the engine.
