Configuration and Serial-Specific Coverage

This matters on these tractors because a 7465 or 7475 may use HA110 or reinforced HA130 final drives, while the larger Sisu models use HA160; the Carraro front-axle family also changes across the range. Engine Scope and Workshop Cautions
This publication is not a complete internal engine-overhaul manual. Engine coverage consists of model-specific specifications and fluid standards, Perkins and Sisu electronic-injection programming and diagnosis, Sisu ECU replacement and Bosch VP30 pump removal, refitting, and timing, plus the tractor-splitting procedures required to separate either engine from the front frame or Dyna VT gearbox.
The manual warns against forcing the engine and gearbox together when the vibration-damper and main-shaft splines resist engagement. It also identifies a required Carraro hub washer whose omission will damage the axle.
The work includes tractor splitting, heavy suspended assemblies, brake accumulators, high-pressure hydrostatic circuits, and R134a refrigerant. Support the tractor with rated stands or lifting equipment, isolate electrical power, and release stored hydraulic pressure before opening lines.
