Variant callouts continue through the service chapters. The electrical section distinguishes the manual-transmission main-shift safety switch from the HST pedal switch. Scope Limits and Component Cautions

The HST section warns that an incorrectly raised relief setting can damage the transmission and recommends valve replacement instead of routine readjustment. The hydraulic-pump chapters likewise call for flow testing before teardown; because the pumps are precision-machined and may not recover their original performance after disassembly, assembly replacement is preferred unless emergency repair is unavoidable.

Repair chapters are for the tractor itself. Implement-limit tables cover compatible equipment, but mower decks, backhoes, loaders, and other attachments do not receive complete mechanical overhaul sections. Before repair, lower attached equipment, relieve trapped hydraulic or fuel pressure, disconnect the battery ground, and support the tractor with safety stands rather than a jack alone.
