This Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R service manual covers the ZX600-J series listed above, with model-specific procedures and regional differences throughout. It is the seventh edition, issued June 26, 2007, P/N 99924-1254-07.

Carburetor synchronization: With the engine warmed and idling at the specified speed, the permitted intake-vacuum difference is less than 2.7 kPa between any two carburetors.

Cooling checks: The thermostat valve-opening range is 58–62°C, and the radiator-cap relief-pressure range is 93–123 kPa. These are separate component-test specifications, with their inspection conditions explained in the cooling chapter.
